The return of any articles prepared and shipped to an individual order/orders are not permitted as these articles/items cannot be re-used. The return therefore requires our agreement and consent within 7 working days after purchase. Return policy regulations are applicable for goods returned in the original state of purchase of the article.

 

 

§ 5 Ownership rights

 

All articles sold on our website remain our property until a valid or definite payment has been made. Promise or pledge of transfer of payment would not be acceptable thus goods/ articles will not be shipped up until a confirmation of payment has been received.

 

 

§ 6 Damaged goods and refunds

 

All articles/ products undergo a quality verification prior to shipping of the goods, if however, the goods have suffered a damage during transit, the external shipping company should be notified, that they assess the package. Any defects occurred and are recognisable should be notified in return form through our customer contact link, in clear written form. In the evaluation of a recognisable damage to the article, Sign of the times is entitled to its own discretion to make a replacement delivery of the article.
